3D Renovations provides asphalt paving, concrete work, excavation, grading, sealcoating, and related construction services. All work is performed in accordance with the written scope of work and estimate agreed upon before a project begins.

Any changes to the agreed scope may affect the final price and timeline and will be communicated to you before additional work is carried out.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment. Unforeseen site conditions may require an adjusted estimate.

A deposit may be required to schedule certain projects. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service and will be documented in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, extreme weather, or work performed by third parties.

5. Scheduling & Weather

Asphalt and concrete work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule work to protect the quality and longevity of the finished product. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any schedule changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Renovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
